Your health and safety is imperative to us. It is important to know if there are any health concerns or issues that may affect your services. Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are highly recommended. We do accept walk-in clients depending upon our availability. Appointments are made to provide convenience to high-volume schedules, Appointments can be made by calling or texting us at (206)-678-8686 or through our online booking system with your phones, tablets, or computers. You can also let us know of any additional needs by text or phone after making the appointment. When booking appointments with specific artists, please text or call only for availability.
SERVICES
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. Let us know if you require any fixes or changes when you are still at the salon, and we will be more than happy to take care of them. Unfortunately, if you do not speak up during your service, we will not offer a redo, refund, or credit. As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to your Nails.
Cash, Zelle, or Venmo is preferred for tips.
SURVEILLANCE
For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance.
CHILD SAFETY
For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parents while in the salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. To respect our clients' relaxation, please keep your children not running around, yelling, or crying.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
Keep all belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen.
7 DAYS GUARANTEE & COMPLEMENTARY FIXES
We have 7days guarantee for our services. Please read carefully in a separate part.
Our Salon is not responsible for nails that are lost or damaged due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, misuse or neglect.
CARD PROCESSING FEE
Please note that we have a new card terminal and there is a processing fee of 2.5% will now be applicable for all transactions. To remove the processing card fee, you can pay by CASH and also get an extra 5% OFF.
LARGE PARTY OF 5 AND UP
For groups of 5 and larger, we ask for 30$/each customer deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will go forward to your service.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE, INCLUDING BUT NOTLIMITED TO
Anyone with contagious nail conditions.
Anyone with infected/open wounds in the treatment area. Anyone with ill/contagious health conditions.
Anyone who has inappropriate behaviors towards our technicians or customers.
